Shipping & delivery

Our pieces are made to order. For U.S. orders, the current Standard Delivery estimate is 5–10 business days, including production and shipping. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. The options shown at checkout depend on your items and destination.

U.S. Standard Delivery rates start at $4.95 for tees and shorts, $8.79 for hoodies and $10.39 for sweatpants. These are starting rates, not a flat fee for every order. Rates vary by the order’s shipping weight; combining pieces from different fulfillment providers can add separate shipping charges. Review your exact total at checkout before paying.

Economy Delivery is available for some products and destinations, with U.S. estimates of 6–13 or 7–13 business days depending on the product. International shipping charges and estimates depend on the destination and are shown where available at checkout. Orders can arrive in separate packages.

If you need a piece by a particular date, contact us before ordering. We will help you review the available shipping information.

30-day returns for faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, contact DEFINE within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos showing the item and the problem.

After we verify the issue, we will arrange a free replacement or refund for the affected item. You do not need to send the item back, and there is no return shipping charge for an approved claim.

Each item is made to order. We do not offer returns or exchanges because you chose the wrong size or color, or changed your mind. Please check the product photos, selected options and size guide before ordering.

Use our contact form or email scones_whisks9l@icloud.com to start a claim. Do not send items to the production facility. If a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount and next steps by email; the time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider.
